Teachers
Leilana Pueliu (they/them) is a lifelong mover and has been teaching yoga and dance for nearly 20 years. Leilana’s classes are informed by their primary tenet of teaching: Movement should be accessible and joyful for all bodies. Combining yoga philosophy, psychology, anatomy, and humor, Leilana aims to create classes that leave you feeling more connected to self and to community.
Jimmy Powers (he/him) is passionate about sharing the gifts of yoga and meditation, which have been part of his practice since 2006. His teaching style blends Iyengar-inspired alignment, relaxation techniques from yoga nidra and meditation, and gentle yoga sequences. Infused with poetry, play, and kindness, Jimmy’s classes are suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners of all body types.
Rasa (he/him) is a gifted musician who shares a passion for connecting with music, nature, nourishment, and community. Rasa plays the guitar, flute, harmonium, drum and sings during yoga classes and sound baths. He’ll also be leading workshops and discussions about connection with plants and nature.
Gillian Grasse (she/her) is an award-winning harpist and singer/songwriter. Virtuosic
yet accessible, Gillian captivates audiences with a contemporary sound that critics have called
“soulful… ravishing… dazzling.” She resides in Los Angeles and will be blessing us with her presence, songs, and smile. Listen to her music on Spotify.
Rafael Cubela (he/him) is our technical director and mastermind behind the scenes. He’s an international event producer and director and we’re so lucky he’s co-collaborating on this project. He will be helping manage lighting, sound, vibe, and overall experience. Learn more about Rafa on his website: Plan Experiential.
