A little about me…
I am passionate about sharing the gifts of yoga and meditation that have been shared with me, and I've practiced yoga for over 19 years. My teaching style is a blend of alignment inspired from Iyengar, relaxation techniques of yoga nidra and meditation, and gentle yoga sequences. My approach to teaching is infused with poetry, play, precision, kindness and curiosity. My classes are suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners of all body types.
